Moving the Body for Wellness (Zoom)

Wednesdays 10 -11:15 am Eastern Time

The purpose of this class is to develop stability and comfort in the body and ease of the breath.

Moving into Stillness to Relax (Zoom)

Tuesday at 6:00pm Eastern Time

Location: Zoom on-line

The purpose of this class is to do a brief movement practice and then experience deep relaxation or meditation to nourish the body and mind.
