This class does a short movement practice to prepare for more inner-guided practices of pranayama, systemic relaxation, Yoga Nidra, or meditation. This is to deeply relax the nervous system, as well as awaken the mind to an inner abiding peace. This series focuses on gentle movement followed by Yoga Nidra.
