I am a retired physician who specialized in psychiatry and have been practicing yoga for twenty plus years. Yoga was developed for the reduction of suffering through the self-realization of our full human potential. My goal is to incorporate this ancient wisdom practice of yoga along with modern medical interventions for health and wellbeing. This evolving wellness journey is what SomaLumina is all about.
